I’m Pele, the photographer behind Den Helder Weddings.

Before photography, I served in the British Army and later built a career in global banking. Following a life-changing accident, I decided to leave the corporate world behind and pursue what I loved most — working with people and telling stories through photography.

Today, I combine a calm head, an eye for detail, and plenty of energy to create a relaxed experience from start to finish. Whether it’s organising a large group photo, calming pre-ceremony nerves, or capturing the chaos of a packed dance floor, I’m there to document the day as it naturally unfolds.

The result is a collection of images that feels authentic, timeless, and unmistakably you.

I’m based in Hertfordshire and shoot weddings across Essex and Buckinghamshire, as well as London and further afield.
