LAINS BARN WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

 A bride that walks down the aisle to the Top Gun theme tune ( a favourite film of mine). A record producer groom whose band plays at his reception. I was all over this one and gosh, we had a ball!

I shot this one with my good friend and colleague Dan Tomkins as we had both Bride and Groom, getting ready at separate locations, followed by the Ceremony and Reception at Lains Barn with 150 guests. So it was a big one.

I met Stephanie and her family at her home for bridal prep, whilst Dan arrived at Simon’s house to do the groom prep. The afternoon ceremony was where we would meet at Lains Barn. With a 2nd photographer booked, they will leave with the groom after groom prep and capture guests arriving at your ceremony location, whereas when one photographer, you always stay with the bride, so you do get a lot more coverage during the morning and then excellent coverage at the ceremony from multiple view points.

Everything went smoothly, from great weather for an October Autumn wedding to the planned reception with the band. A small selection over over 750 delivered are below with a number of black and white images to give you a feel for the type of Black and White gallery you would also receive along with your full colour album.

“Pele was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had a few chats before the wedding day and he was very thorough on the details of the wedding and what we would like. It was lovely to have Pele at my parents house while we were getting ready, aside from keeping an eye on timings and making sure everything was running smoothly, it was so nice to have a chat and the atmosphere felt so calm and fun and Pele played a huge part in this while keeping incredibly professional and getting his wonderful shots.
